More journal work. I finished the Nature journal page which is in an altered book and gives the owner lots of scope to contimue journaling after she gets it back from our round robin.
I'm obsessed with the idea of leaves and words so once again put them all together.
It's a bit hard to read in the scan as I used my new gold pen to do the writing. It looks fine "in the flesh!"
The leaves are punched from hand coloured paper and given a few veins with sparkle pens.
The other journal is really fab - the theme is Favourite Songs but the owner started a trend by using a song about dancing and everyone so far has followed suit.
I could do no less so did one that combines my favourite old movies with Fred "Asparagus" Astair and Dancing Cheek to Cheek
(you must remember all the awful jokes that included Fred Asparagus, Elvis Parsley etc)
I am quite pleased with both these journal spreads. I am finally seeming to learn when to stop working on them and just let go.
Less is More as they say in the classics!!
